Week 9, Saturday, breakfast, 1st snack & exercise




Breakfast= bran flakes and 1%milk...510 cals.....11:45 a.m.


Snack=fiber one bar...140 cals....2 pm


Walked one hour!!!! (hubby was home with the kids and I was SO glad to have an hour to myself!) 2.5 miles.
