Week 8, Thursday, going over a little bit

Well, I went over ..... while watching a movie, I ate another half of an enchilada and a cup of ice cream........I am way beyond full now. I should have passed on it. But I didn't. And what is done is done. At least it wasn't a "binge" ....I gave myself permission to eat it...even though it wasn't a wise choice. I didn't eat my pudding. Everytime lately when I overeat, I get diarreah (sp?)...don't you just love knowing that? lol Anyway.................I need to adjust my running points balance---- to negative 446.
