Week 7, Monday, supper and exercise


I walked 2 miles today! That is a major thing for me. I walked it in 49 minutes total; one mile was early in the day and the other mile was after prayer meeting.


So supper was late...about 9 p.m.... I had a cup of tuna helper (made with no butter and 1% milk, still tastes fine, saved a ton of calories), 1 cup of green beans, 1 pc toast, 3 fish sticks and a stick of cheese.....for a total of 515 calories.


I drank 88 ounces of water today!
