Week 8, Thursday, snack,supper and exercise




Afternoon snack was a 100 cal bag of cookies and half of an apple...140 cals


Supper is 2 yummy homemade chicken enchiladas and half of a burrito ...713 cals......


I mowed and mowed and mowed the yard today... I'm counting it as 45 minutes and 1 mile walked.
