Week 6, Monday, lunch


Lunch was 694 calories and is leaving a heavy feeling in my gut. Two cups of spaghetti O's, 2 pc bread, 1 graham cracker, 1 sugar free pudding, water. I have 891 calories left for supper. I called the local workout place and I could have unlimited access to their treadmill for $20 per month. As sad as it sounds, I don't know if I have $20 to spare..... but I really like walking on a treadmill, so we will see. Still thinking about it.
