Week 3, Friday, lunch and supper and recap




Lunch was 3 cups of canned spaghetti and meatballs with 2 pieces of bread. We went to that church thing and after church the people I rode with stopped at McDonalds. I had 2 cheeseburgers. So after I got home (3 a.m.!) I looked at everything for the day and I was EXACTLY on target! (that was weird) I used all of my calories without going over.




Running points balance is minus 715.

  1. haha, sounds like you are doing good. I loved your comments on my blog, its so haaaard sometimes.

    As for feeling tired, I feel the exact same way about sleeping my life away. I am supposed to be using a cpap, but need a new mask thingy...lovely. I'm going to try to get that taken care of this week and see if it doesn't help wearing it again. At least now I don't have to worry about my husband seeing me with it on lol.

    Have you ever been checked for sleep apnea?
