The bad thing about getting up early (like I did at 5:30) and eating an early breakfast is that I get hungry again before it is lunch time. It is now 11 a.m. and I just ate "lunch" (which was at the same time as my kids' breakfast). A leftover burrito and 5 chicken nuggets. 540 calories, leaving 970 for the day. (yikes).
Right now I really want some ovaltine milk, and I told myself that I can have some, but that I will have to wait 2 hours.
