Week 3, Monday, breakfast and exercise


What a wonderful breakfast I am having! 400 calories. One can of tuna, 1 tsp miracle whip, relish, 1 boiled egg, 1 pc toast, 1 stick cheddar cheese, half an apple, water. yum yum


It is going to be too cold to walk outside today, so I did 12 minutes of exercise (think Richard Simmons) this morning before the kids got out of bed! Go me!
