Week 5, Wednesday, snack


This was NOT a good choice for a snack. 300 calories and major craving starter. Luckily, after I ate this at around 3 p.m. I was WAAAAAAYYYY to busy trying to get baths, ironing and everyone ready for church......therefore, I didn't have any time to give in to my cravings. That left me with 700 cals for supper, which would be after church...aka bedtime.
