Week 5, Thursday, snack and supper




An hour or so later, I decided that I wanted those potatoes (with a slice of cheese melted on top) afterall. Then there was supper........chicken noodle casserole, green beans, 2 yeast rolls, small salad. At this point, I have consumed 2,970 calories today. I wonder...back when I wasn't trying or caring at all....how many calories I consumed per day...when I just ate whatever I want. Today is being a bad calorie/sugar day.


I did walk a very slow (24 minute) .75 mile today.
