Day One, in closing.


This was my supper- two bbq sandwiches and a few chips, water and my vitamin. It took every last calorie I had left, but I didn't go over. Yay!


I'm giving myself 100 "points" for exercising today. When I get to 1,000 points I will reward myself in some non-food-related way.
