Isn't this a huge amount of food?! Yay! I tend to be an evening eater, so it is good that I ate a small breakfast and a kind of low cal lunch! The amazing thing is that even AFTER this delicious supper, I still have 532 calories left! wow!
Supper is one lean hamburger patty with onions and bbq sauce cooked in it, 1 cup mashed potatoes, a little brown gravy, 1 cup green beans and 2/3 cup corn. And water.
:) Hubby said he will go walking with me this evening after it cools down a bit. Enjoy your evening!
