I do not know what went on with that supper pic. *weird* Maybe my computer is tired. Anyway, tonight I had diet soda, water AND ovaltine milk (pretty thirsty, huh?), roast, carrots, potatoes (no butter), pasta roni, little cookie package, bbq sauce and ketchup and an ounce of cheese. I have no idea how many calories this was, but I don't think it was too terribly bad. I'm going to guess that it used all of today's cals without going over.
I walked .5 mile today (13 minutes)
Running points balance: minus 240.
