Week 3, Saturday,exercise and recap


well well well. Here's some cookies. Why oh why am I eating cookies when I am already over calorie limits? eerrrr

One individual pack of cookies-- 150 calories.

I did walk today for 15 minutes and I'm going to guess I went around a half of a mile.

Water intake is 34 ounces.


Running points balance is minus 809. I need to stop this negative junk.
