Week 3, Tuesday...the rest of the day.

I made it til 6 on my fast! Then I ate this and that. Frozen yogurt. Turkey. toast. and 2 donuts.

I walked .75 mile at the track (21 minutes).

I lost 2.75 pounds this week!

I am exhausted and I am going to bed now (9:05 p.m.)
