I was so hungry at supper time that I completely forgot to take a picture! I figured my calories in my head ahead of time and then I just ate. Sorry guys. I'm not going to make a habit of this.
I ate: Bruams burger, medium milkshake (made from yogurt) and a stick of cheese. I am stuffed. That was approx 1,020 calories, putting me over by 300.
Total running points balance: negative 300.
