Week 6, Tuesday, lunch and supper




Lunch was tuna salad made with light mayo, 2 pc toast, 1 boiled egg, 1 pc toast and jelly and 1 cup light cranapple juice. I packed my supper because after the TOPS meeting I was going to walk and then go work at the church and eat my supper there. (mom keeps the kids every Tuesday from 4:30-8:30 p.m., hubby helps with the church's discipleship class from 7:30- 9:30, and I have TOPS, then I walk, and then I go to the church to prep for next Sunday's lesson, so I am busy from 4:30-8:30. Hubby and I always fend for ourselves for supper on Tuesdays and mom feeds the kids) Anyway....supper was a turkey sandwich, an apple and a high fiber bar.
