Week 3, Thursday, lunch







Lunch was kind of spread out...a little here and a little there. I had some nuts, a cup of shells and cheese, a CAN of green beans and 2 little packs of cookies. 740 calories, leaving me with 530. (yikes)



Yesterday, when I was functioning on only 3.5 hours of sleep, I actually accomplished a lot. Today, when I slept in until TEN, I have been sleepy all day and my house is a wreck and blah I could eat and eat and eat. Why is that? I wonder if I would actually function better if I would force myself out of bed by a certain (early) time every morning.
