Week 6, Wednesday, lunch



It was early afternoon and I was still running errands and I needed to eat some lunch. I drove through mickey D's and got the kids a McDouble and fries but I knew that wasn't the answer for me. I went to pizza hut and got "buffet to go". I ate the salad and a high fiber granola bar that I got at the grocery store. I saved the pizza portion of the buffet for the kids to eat after church and I saved the pasta portion for ME to eat as supper tonight after church. Lunch= 500 calories. :)
