Week 7, Monday breakfast and blabbing and GOALS


Breakfast is 3 scrambled eggs, 1 pc toast, 1 instant oatmeal and OJ for a total of 495.




Last night's message at church was about seasons of our life. The seasons are changing. I really want this season to be successful and life changing (for the better!) I wrote down a few goals. ( a LOT of various goals, actually, but they all seem to be different ways of saying the same thing).




This WEEK'S goals:


1. Walk at least a mile EVERY single day that it is even half way possible. (the only exception I can think of is if there is an all day stormy downpour day, but I don't think that is likely to happen).


2. Follow this eating plan:


breakfast...500 cals


2 hrs later...snack....150 cals


2 hrs later....lunch...500 cals


2 hrs later....snack...150 cals


2 hrs later....supper...500 cals


bedtime snack.....150 cals.


This will have me at 1,950 for the day and will probably be better than my previous approach. We will try it this week, anyway.


3. Drink 2 sonic cups of water everyday. 88 ounces total!




Season goals:


1. Be positive. Strive to love and enjoy each day to its potential.


2. walk, walk, walk, walk, walk, walk


3. early morning prayer and Bible study every weekday




By the end of summer, I plan to have:


1. lost over 30 pounds (thus being under 287...won't THAT feel awesome?!)


2. have walked over 100 miles


3. have learned to enjoy each day more
