Day one, weigh in and exercise


I lost .75 pounds this week, which brings me back to my original (december 08) weight. *sigh* I hate the yo-yo. But at least I am back to the starting line. I weighed in at 327.25


Exercise was one lap around the football field, which took approx 6 minutes (hey, better than nothing).
