I got a new tracker book and started it on October 1st.
Today, my book said "You have completed 4 weeks. It is time to take your measurements again."
I was happy to report a loss of just over half an inch in my bust, just over one and a half inches lost in my waist,and just over one inch lost in my hips.
It's not huge. But it's something! I'll take it!
Any loss in the measurements is awesome...well done.

When I was over 250 pounds any inch was good to me. After that I never measured any but the waist because that was the most important. If the waist was down I wasn't bloated, I wasn't lying to myself and I wasn't making excuses. When I measured my waist I started with holding it in as tight as I could and took it that way every time - so even if I tried to cheat by sucking it in, I was already in that # and could not fake it. It helped keep me honest until I could trust myself.
