A blogger in my shoes
I've searched and searched for a blog to read about someone who was on the weight loss bandwagon----while dealing with tragedy. If you find one, will you please pass the link on to me? please and thank you
How much tragedy? Which level? Catastrophic illnesses, sudden death of loved ones? Loss of home in a fire? What in particular would help you to identify and find hope? That might help the right people be guided to you.
Jane, anything that has been a life changing ordeal and upset their daily flow of things. Just reading the weight loss story of someone who was healthy IN SPITE of tragedy (whatever theirs might be) would be encouraging.
My own personal tragedy is watching my dad die and being involved.
